The City of Frontenac provides water and wastewater services.
Utility bills are mailed during the last week of each month and are due on the 20th of the following month.
For example, bills sent at the end of November are due December 20th.
Late fees are applied on the 23rd. Termination notices are issued on the 24th for accounts with balances over $90. If a notice is received, payment must be made within 5 working days to avoid service interruption.
If service is disconnected, a $50 disconnect/reconnect fee plus the past due balance must be paid before service will be restored.
Monthly charges vary based on water usage.
